A company may need telephone calls and application messages in the same customer journey. They share an operational context, but the requirements should be described separately. A call-centre migration and an OTP flow have different acceptance questions.
Describe the voice journey
Record the existing telephone system, number requirements, call destinations and expected simultaneous calls. Include opening hours, inbound routing and any planned system migration. SIP provides session signalling; it does not, by itself, establish the quality of the media path. The IETF specification is a useful technical reference for that distinction.
Define the purpose of every message
For application messaging, separate verification codes from transaction updates and promotional communication. State the destination markets, expected traffic pattern, sender identity and required delivery feedback. Describe how the application should behave when a message is delayed or a user asks for another code. Avoid putting production codes or customer records in the first enquiry.
Make integration and operations visible
Identify who controls the PBX or application, who can change its configuration and who will monitor errors after launch. Ask for a test environment or an agreed test procedure where available. For voice, confirm the call scenarios to be tested. For messaging, confirm the meaning of status responses and how failures will be handled by the application.
Use a staged transition
Start with a limited, agreed set of test scenarios. Record acceptance results before increasing traffic or changing a live system. Confirm the applicable sender, numbering and messaging requirements with the provider for the intended market and use case. The purpose is to turn a general request for communication into a service scope that both teams can operate.
PLANNING TAKEAWAY
Bring two briefs when necessary: one for call behaviour and one for message purpose, integration and delivery feedback.
MyVoIP and Kurumsal SMS are separate entries in the MyGroup portfolio and use the same canonical MyVoIP website.

This guide supports early project discussions. It is general planning material, rather than a service quotation or a technical acceptance document.
